Food
The food is prepared in Stavanger’s only coal fired grill, which adds an unprecedented flavour and aroma to the dishes. The menu is based on the very best seasonal ingredients. Our dishes come across as straightforward – but prepared with great care!

Drink
Matbaren’s wine list contains good wines for every taste – as well as some interesting news. All wines may be bought per glass. We’ll be happy to recommend wines according to your menu choices as well as your personal taste. Ask for the Restaurant’s wine list if you wish an even more exclusive selection.
